      Ògo Tàwa sells museum-quality posters that celebrate African traditions and promote diversity. Our posters are unique and culturally significant, adding a wonderful accent to any room or office.

      2. What is the return policy?

      Before making a purchase, please read and understand our store's refund policy. We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only accept returns or exchanges for defective items. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@ogotawa.ca with details and proof of the product defects.

      3. How long does it take to process a refund?

      If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within a reasonable amount of days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

      4. What are the shipping costs?

      Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. The final price for shipping will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

      Domestic shipments generally take 2-7 days to arrive, excluding weekends and holidays. International shipments can take 4-22 days, depending on the courier and destination. Please note that due to COVID-19, there may be delays, and our delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

      Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted, we cannot modify the delivery address. If you need to change the address, please cancel your order within one hour of purchase and place a new one with the correct address.

      We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. For military addresses, we use USPS for shipping.

      Sales tax is already applied to the price of the goods displayed on the website. Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of these potential costs.
